Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation must be notified to satt-2016@fbk.eu.

• Cancellations received by August 20 will be refunded less a processing fee equal to 20% of the registration price.
• Cancellations received after August 20 and  no-shows will not be reimbursed.

Please remember that cancelling the registration does not automatically cancel hotel and travel arrangements. Participants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Revocation of Grant

Upon receipt of request from satt-2016@fbk.eu, grant winners must confirm participation in the school. If participation is NOT confirmed  by September 1, hotel reservation will be canceled.
